Answer

The bot is clearly labeled as an AI assistant in the first message, no hiding. The surprise is the opposite: customers prefer a quick reply from a bot at 10:30 PM over waiting 24h for a human email. Answer

For typical local-business traffic (up to ~2,000 conversations/month) the bot operating cost fits within the subscription of 99 PLN/month, everything included, no overruns. Above 2,000 conversations (rarely seen for a local business): I notify you in advance, the overage costs a few or a dozen PLN per additional 1,000 conversations. No hidden fees, no surprises on the bill.

„My business data (price list, rules) goes to an AI, is that not unsafe?”

Answer

The files go to our AI model provider. The provider explicitly does not train its models on customer data (this is in their terms). Your files are accessible to the bot only during a conversation, they do not become part of the model. Plus: price list, FAQ, menu, this is already public data (the customer gets it anyway). Sensitive data (customer database, invoices) is NOT connected to the bot. What the bot knows, and what it does not, we agree at the very beginning.

When an AI chatbot makes sense for a small business

A bot pays off once you get at least 5-10 inquiries a day with repetitive questions. Below that threshold a human conversation usually wins. Below are three typical situations (general patterns, not specific projects) where I genuinely recommend a bot.

  • Restaurant with heavy traffic on Messenger and WhatsApp. In busy restaurants most inquiries usually concern hours, menu, allergens and parking, that is, repetitive questions.   • An industry that needs medical/legal documentation in the answers. The bot never diagnoses, gives no legal advice, handles no complaints. It escalates to a human. For a full medical consultation a bot is not the right tool.
  • A client who wants a bot "for 200 PLN forever". The AI model has a cost per conversation (a few cents each), it cannot be sustained below our price of 99 PLN/month. Cheaper solutions are often a rule-based bot without AI, and it works badly.
