01 / 05 What exactly does „small changes within 24h” mean?

A small change = updating opening hours, swapping a photo, adding a blog post, changing the price list, adding/removing a service. Does not include: rebuilding sections, new subpages, integrations with other systems, larger overhauls, those are priced separately. 24h counted from the time you send the change (usually through WhatsApp or email).

02 / 05 Can I leave at any time?

Yes, monthly notice. You send an email „leaving from next month”, the next month is not invoiced. No hidden costs, no penalties for opting out, no automatic 12-month renewal. You get access to the site files.

03 / 05 What if I use up all the minutes in 1 week?

Standard 30 min/month: once used up you either wait until next month, or pay extra 90 PLN/h for additional time. Pro 90 min/month: most clients do not use it all up, but in season you can pay extra for additional time at 70 PLN/h. Tech has flexible response terms.

04 / 05 How does Tech differ from Pro?

Pro covers small content changes that are visible on the site. Tech also covers the system part (database, user logins, integrations with other software, invoicing). A client with their own booking system or customer database has to have Tech, because that kind of system needs security checks and daily backups verified to actually restore. It is not only a price, it is a different scope of work.

05 / 05 Is care compulsory after the site is built?

No. A static site runs for years without care, there are no plugins to update like in WordPress. Care is for people who want someone to keep the site under control and make changes for them. You can start without care and add it when the need comes. The Company site + 3 months of care package = 2 899 PLN (a saving).

Buying decision

When website care makes sense

Hours on the site from a year ago, a menu that is no longer on the card, a photo from a renovation that finished long ago. You do not want to hand-code HTML yourself, and the site has to be always current, run 24/7 and have a backup in case of failure. That is what monthly care is for (149-399 PLN/month). Most of our clients add it 3-6 months after publishing the site, once they see that "left alone" means "forgotten".

Three typical scenarios where care proves its worth:

  • 12-room guesthouse in the Beskidy mountains (Care Standard, 149 PLN/month). The price list changes twice a year (winter/summer season), small photo swaps after a renovation, room description updates. ~20 minutes of work per month, the client writes "change the price of room no. 4 from 220 to 250 from November" through WhatsApp, done within 24h. Plus uptime monitoring and weekly backups.
  • Restaurant in Wroclaw (Care Pro, 299 PLN/month). The menu changes every week (seasonal dishes), new blog posts 2x a month, monthly SEO reports. ~70 minutes of work per month. The client does not have to do anything except send the changes through WhatsApp on Fridays, I publish by Saturday morning. Daily backups in case of a cook's mistake.
  • Guesthouse with a booking system (Care Tech, 399 PLN/month). An in-house booking system with a database, guest logins and online payments. It needs daily backups with a restore test, monthly security checks and monitoring of the system itself (not just the site). Tech is a requirement for clients with systems from 3 999 PLN, without it the risk of losing bookings is too high.

How service works

What a month of cooperation looks like

Week 1 (start-of-month routine): I check the state of the site after the night (24/7 monitoring sends an SMS alert every time the site stops working). I make the weekly backup (Standard) or sum up the daily backups into a week (Pro/Tech). Server security updates, if needed.

During the month (small changes on request): You write on WhatsApp "change Sunday hours from 10-18 to 11-19" - you get a confirmation "on it, done in an hour". Standard: response within 24h. Pro: response within 8h. Tech: response within 8h plus extra care for the system.

Week 3 (report plus recommendations for Pro/Tech): Pro and Tech clients get a monthly SEO report: positions of 30 phrases in Google, traffic from GA4, recommendations on what to improve. Standard clients get a short status by email (what was done, how many minutes are left from the limit, whether the site runs stably).

End of month (settlement): I issue a 23% VAT invoice (Polish sole proprietorship), payment due in 14 days. No automatic contract renewal, no penalties for opting out, no 12-month minimum. You send an email "leaving from next month" and we end the cooperation, access to the site files stays with you.

  • Security updates for the server and the SSL certificate. A static site has no plugins to update like WordPress, but the server needs periodic patches. Included in the package price.
  • 23% VAT invoice (Polish sole proprietorship, tax ID in the site footer). Monthly notice with no penalties, no automatic renewal. The "Company site + 3 months of care" package for 2 899 PLN = a saving of 47 PLN vs separately.
