Holiday cabins in Dębno near the Tatras, with a view of the mountains, a sauna and a jacuzzi. The existing site needed a full rebuild, from visual identity to technical optimization. The result: PageSpeed 99, SEO 100, load time 0.7 s.
Challenge
A great property, a weak website
Prowincja Tatra Cottages is a set of holiday cabins with real character, in Dębno near the Tatras, with a sauna, a jacuzzi and a view of the mountains. Guest reviews are excellent. The problem was the website: the old version was slow, hard to read on mobile and invisible to Google.
A full rebuild was needed, a new visual identity that nods to the highland character of the place, 50 optimized photos, self-hosted fonts and complete technical SEO. All in 2 working days.

Rebuilt from scratch, without WordPress
Full website rebuild, custom HTML/CSS/JS code, a highland-inspired visual identity based on original SVG ornaments (parzenica, rosette), 50+ photos in WebP with responsive images, self-hosted fonts and complete technical SEO. Zero WordPress, zero plugins.

The main image (LCP) was cut from 693 KB to 81 KB thanks to WebP conversion and srcset. Moving fonts to our own server shaved 780 ms off mobile render time. The PageSpeed Insights scores speak for themselves.

Clean code and a highland visual identity
Custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript, no WordPress, no builders. The visual identity draws on traditional highland ornaments generated directly in SVG code. No extra HTTP requests, no plugins.
