Bronisław Rusnak rents out two cabins in Dębno in Podhale, 2 km from Lake Czorsztyn and 10 km from the ski lifts. Guests come back and the reviews are excellent. One thing was missing: his own website, a way to reach the customer without a middleman.
Challenge
Bookings via platforms, with commission
Zakątek pod Tatrami was running without its own website. All traffic was going through external booking platforms, with their commissions and their rules. The owner wanted to take bookings directly: the guest sees the offer, picks up the phone or writes, and books without any platform in the middle.
He needed a site that loads fast, looks professional and is simple to use for guests on a phone, because that is where most of the tourist traffic comes from.
