  1. Week 1 (link review). You make a list of every place the Calendly link appears: email footer, website, LinkedIn, business cards, WhatsApp signature. Download the meeting history from Calendly.
  2. Week 2 (booking widget). Building the widget on your site: meeting types (e.g. 60 min consultation, 50 min therapy session, 30 min follow-up), buffers between meetings, working days and hours. Connection to Google calendar (two-way, exactly like in Calendly).
