The situation

Masala is an Indian restaurant in Wrocław (located by the Market Square, main room + bar). A client since 2024, we work together regularly. The goal: increase the venue\'s visibility in Google Maps, reduce dependence on Meta ads (which kept rising in cost without a stable ROI).

What we did

  • Premium tour, 10 panoramas (incl. entrance, main room, bar, open kitchen, summer terrace, restroom, VIP room, garden).
  • HDR blending from 5-7 exposures per panorama (mixed light: warm light at the tables, neon above the bar, daylight from the windows by the Market Square).
  • Manual retouching: removing cables, sensors, sockets, competitors\' advertising screens.
  • Publication on the Google Business Profile listing in Google Maps via Street View Studio.
  • GBP optimization: categories, hours, weekly posts for 6 months.

What came out of it (measured in Google Business Profile Insights)

  • 25,000 tour views within 2 months of publication (August-October 2024).
  • +35% Google listing views (from a median of 2,200/month → 2,970/month).
  • +22% "Directions" clicks (Google Maps directions).
  • 2× "Call" clicks from the listing (before: 18/month, after: 36/month).
  • Delivery: 1 day of shooting + 1 day of post-production. Total time: 2 weeks with planning.

The cost-per-view math

Premium tour, 10 panels: 1,690 PLN net, one-off. 25,000 views in 2 months: 1,690 / 25,000 = 6.76 groszy per view. A Meta ad with comparable reach (25k views) typically costs 800-1,200 PLN (3-5 groszy per impression, but external reach). Plus the tour keeps working non-stop, while an ad needs a budget every day.

What\'s next

After the tour\'s success, Masala took the Komplet Standard bundle (website + tour + GBP + 6 months of visibility) for a second location. The plan for 2026: 3-4 chain locations all under one brand.

The situation

MOXO is a restaurant and event space in Wola (Warsaw). Three rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a garden, rented out to companies and organizers for events, conferences and parties. The goal: show the interiors to guests and event organizers online, so they can judge the layout and the feel of the place before booking, without an on-site visit at the selection stage.

The hypothesis

A guest or an event organizer looks for a venue online (Google Maps, Meta, search). Static photos (a shot of a room, a view of the garden) convert poorly, because they don\'t convey the real scale or how the zones connect. Hypothesis: a 360° panorama as the ad creative will give a much higher CTR, because it stops the scroll and the viewer immediately sees the interior "live".

What we did

  • Premium DSLR tour, 14 panoramas (three rooms with distinct characters, a fully equipped kitchen, restrooms and a garden), manual HDR from several exposures per panorama.
  • Tour publication on the MOXO Google Maps listing, with transitions between zones and a 360° icon in the photo carousel.
  • Three panoramas as Meta ad creatives (Facebook + Instagram), extracted from the same session, one set of material for two channels at once.
  • GDPR retouching: staff and passers-by removed from the frame in post-production, with no recognizable faces in the final tour.

What came out of it

  • The tour on the Google listing lets guests and organizers walk through every room, the kitchen and the garden remotely before they arrange a visit.
  • The 360 panorama as the creative was clicked clearly more than the static photo on a comparable budget, in line with the 360-campaign benchmark.
  • 360 ads typically reach a 2-4× higher CTR than a static photo (Meta industry benchmark, not a guarantee of a specific result).

What it means in money

The Premium DSLR tour (14 panels) is a one-off cost of 2,990 PLN net. The tour then keeps working on organic visibility in Google Maps and search at no cost per click, while the same panoramas feed the ads, so a single session works on both rentals and the campaign at once.

On the same ad budget, the 360 creative usually clicks better than a static graphic (an order of magnitude in line with the campaign benchmark, not a guarantee of a specific return).

The situation

Tatra Cottages (Dębno near the Tatras) is a set of cottages for rent in the Podhale region. Before Lokal360: a 2018 WordPress site, slow on mobile and without schema. The goal: a faster website that reads well on phones and looks good in Google results.

What we did

  • Website migration from WordPress to a static Astro site (no WordPress, no plugins to maintain).
  • Performance optimization: PageSpeed 99/100 on mobile, LCP down 88% compared to the old site.
  • JSON-LD Lodging for every cottage so Google understands the accommodation offer correctly.
  • A clean, lightweight front end that reads well on phones, where most of the traffic lands.

The result

A faster website that reads well on phones and is visible in Google, built on static Astro instead of slow WordPress. This was a website migration only: no 360 tour and no booking module (Tatra Cottages did not order those from us).

What\'s next
