360° tour · Fitness and yoga Clients check the studio before booking their first class

A 360° tour for your fitness studio,
that sells the space.

A client looking for a yoga studio nearby decides in seconds, just by glancing at the photos on Google. If they cannot see the room, they do not know what to expect, so they sign up where they can see more. The 360° tour shows the space, equipment, atmosphere and vibe that photos cannot convey. It builds trust, increases first-class conversion and positions you in the Local Pack.

Four problems of a fitness studio,
that a 360° tour solves.

A first class is an investment of trust. The client wants to know where they are going. Four situations where the lack of a tour costs you first bookings.

See the quality of the 360° tour,
on a live example.

This is what our 360° panorama of a real movement studio looks like (Studio Motion, Powiśle). We will show your fitness studio, gym or yoga room to the same standard, clients will feel the space and atmosphere before they come to their first class.

Two ways to do a 360° tour,
a fast scan or premium.

I can cover the same studio with a fast scan (Express Tour 24h, ready the next day) or a full DSLR session (Premium Tour, top quality for a club with signature decor and vibe). Pick the variant that fits your budget and the character of the space, full sizes and panoramas on the dedicated pages.

Questions about a studio tour,
that I hear most often.

01 / 05 What does a studio session look like and how long does it take?

The session takes 30-60 minutes. I come at the time that suits you, usually before the first morning classes or between training blocks. I set up and pack the photography equipment myself, the studio does not need to stop working.

02 / 05 How much time do you need on site?

Mini package (up to 3 panoramas), 30 minutes. Standard (up to 8 panoramas), 45-60 minutes. Premium (up to 15 panoramas), 90 minutes. In fitness studios, a window between morning classes and the afternoon block is usually enough.

03 / 05 Do clients and trainers have to disappear from the frame?

They do not. To retouch people in 360° photography we use AI-assisted tools, so we remove people from panoramas fast and without traces. The studio can work during the session, and we clean up frames in post-production.

04 / 05 What about GDPR for people in the studio?

People in the frame are removed from panoramas in post-production, so the final tour has no recognisable faces. No one has to sign a consent form. If you actually want to show classes in progress (class atmosphere), then participant consents are required.

05 / 05 Does the tour go directly to my Google Business Profile?

Yes. I publish the tour on your Google Business profile via Street View Studio. The tour appears on the listing within 24-48h of the session, without you handling the technical part. You also get a link to embed on the website.

360° tours for fitness and yoga studios in major Polish cities

A client looks for a yoga studio or fitness club in their area and checks the room on Google. Lokal360 works with studios all over Poland. For the major cities we have dedicated pages:

360° tour plus a website and class booking

Studios often combine the tour with other services: a company website with an embedded tour, a system for class bookings and pass sales, and full Google Business profile management. Do you also run a beauty zone or spa? See the tour for salons. The full package is the Komplet startowy: website, tour and Google listing in a single rollout.

Premium Tour or Express Tour 24h for fitness and yoga?

From May 2026 we offer 360° tours for fitness and yoga in two variants. All flagship projects in the portfolio (Masala, YOI Ramen, MOXO, Volver) are Premium Tour, a session with a full-frame DSLR camera, 50+ HDR shots per panorama, manual retouch, 5-7 days delivery. The new Express Tour 24h option is a fast tour with a LiDAR scanner, ready on Google Maps within 24 hours of the session, from 499 PLN net.

When Premium, when Express for fitness and yoga

  • Premium, when you have a studio with a signature decor and vibe as part of the offer, mixed lighting that requires manual retouch, or a plan to use the tour in print and ads. 8 panoramas for 1,690 PLN.
  • Express 24h, when you have a typical studio with uniform lighting (LED), simple decor, a budget below 1,000 PLN and an urgent need for the tour within 24h of the session. 8 panoramas for 899 PLN, ready the next day.

Full comparison of both variants (resolution, retouch, delivery time, pricing) on the dedicated pages: Premium Tour 360° and Express Tour 24h.

How it usually works

How a 360° tour works in fitness and yoga studios

  • In intimate yoga studios a few-panorama tour embedded in the GBP listing and the page hero usually lets someone searching for a "yoga studio nearby" see the room, the mat layout, the height and the vibe before booking a first trial class. The decision tends to come with more confidence, because the client knows where they are going.
  • In multi-zone fitness clubs (cardio, weights, group rooms) a tour showing all the club zones gives someone buying a pass a fuller picture of what they are getting. With this kind of service it is easier to consider a longer subscription when you can see the scale and the equipment level before the visit.
  • In boutique pilates (intimate studios with reformers) a tour showing clinical pilates equipment usually communicates that this is not just another gym, but a place with its own concept. A client viewing the space online usually recognises the premium level right away, which helps attract the right audience.

Anti-patterns

The most common mistakes in studio tours that I avoid

  • A session during a class with participants in the frame. Sweaty people, stiff poses, GDPR does not allow recognisable faces without consent. I schedule the session between training blocks or early in the morning before the first classes, the room empty, mats and equipment neatly arranged.
  • Curtains set against the sun and artificial light fighting the natural one. Yoga in the tour looks like a gym, the vibe is lost. For a yoga and pilates studio I always ask about the time of the best natural light (usually 10:00-12:00 in winter, 8:00-10:00 in summer), and in post-production I even out the white balance.
  • A skipped changing room, showers and relaxation area. A client buying a pass judges the whole visit experience, not just the room. The lack of a changing room and rest area in the tour suggests the studio is "so-so". I always plan 1-2 panoramas outside the main room.
  • Sports equipment in a mess (bands, dumbbells, mats left loose). In a reformer studio, sprawled reformer carriages ruin the whole premium impression. The session starts with 15 minutes to tidy the equipment, stack the mats in even piles, line up the kettlebells by colour in ascending order.

After delivery

What happens after delivery, step by step

Step 1 (integration with Google Business Profile): via Street View Studio I publish the tour on the studio's GBP listing within 24-48h of the session. A listing with a complete tour boosts the position in the Local Pack for queries like "yoga studio [district]", "pilates [city]" or "crossfit nearby".

Step 2 (embed on the website and in the booking system): you get an iframe code and a direct link. The tour is worth embedding in the page hero, in the "about the studio" section and in a mailing that encourages first trial classes. In the Standard and Premium package the embed on the website is included in the price.

Step 3 (monitoring views and pass sales): every month I check GBP Insights to see how many people view the tour and how it translates into enquiries about first classes and pass sales. This shows whether the tour is working, and whether it is worth improving something on the listing or the website.

Step 4 (when to refresh): the tour is worth renewing after a room renovation, an equipment change (new reformers, a new cardio zone), adding a recovery area or sauna, and during a studio rebrand. In practice a yoga studio refreshes the tour every 2-3 years, a fitness club after a larger equipment swap.
