When a Lokal360 website makes sense

A site with us is not a project for later, it makes sense when the business already earns (or will soon) and needs something concrete that Google can find. Three situations where our Business Card or Company site fits naturally. In the dense competition of a big city, speed matters even more, so for the capital we run a separate offer: websites in Warsaw.

• A restaurant with a menu on Facebook, no website of its own. 80 seats, 30 enquiries through Messenger a day, customers cannot find the hours or parking. A Business Card 1 299 PLN, 3-5 working days, traffic from Maps goes straight to a site with the menu and the number.
• A mountain guesthouse with 8 rooms, bookings only through Booking. First step, cheap and manual: a Business Card 1 299 PLN with a booking enquiry form (the guest writes, calls or sends a WhatsApp, you confirm it yourself). On that one booking you pay no portal commission, so with a healthy mix, say 30 percent Booking and 70 percent direct, the average commission drops from around 18 percent to around 9 percent. Less handed to the portal from day one, with no system. Your own online booking system (Przelewy24/Stripe payments, calendar sync with Booking) you add later, once direct traffic grows.
• A solo beautician, in business for a few months, clients from a booking SaaS. She wants to leave the platform and build her own client list. A Business Card 1 299 PLN plus QR Reviews 290 PLN, care 149 PLN/month, the end of a commission per booking.

• ✓ A VAT invoice 23 percent issued by a business incubator within 7 days of payment, ready for your accountant.
• ✓ Self-editing instructions in a PDF, where to change the texts, how to swap the photos, how to add a subpage. Optionally care 149 PLN/month, small changes within 24h.
• ✓ A report from Google PageSpeed and Google Search Console from the first 30 days after publishing, so you can see the site really loads in the green and Google indexes it.

Who a Lokal360 website does NOT fit, honestly.

• A shop with hundreds of products and a warehouse. Astro is great for 5-50 subpages, not for 800 products in a shop. I recommend Shopify or PrestaShop, ready platforms for online shops.
• A company that wants to add new subpages daily without knowing code. No WordPress-type panel. If you plan 20 blog posts a month by hand, WordPress will be more convenient, despite its flaws.
• A project that needs A/B testing of two versions of a page, automated email campaigns and a connection to a customer-handling system. That is the scope of a large advertising agency with a budget of 50k+ a year, not our Business Card for 1 299 PLN. I will point you to someone in the field if you ask.
