Can I keep my Restaumatic profile and add Lokal360?
Yes. The strategy: Restaumatic as a portal that pulls in new guests, Lokal360 as the main channel from your own site and Google Business Profile. Over time you shift traffic from Restaumatic over to direct reservations.
What about the guest base in Restaumatic?
Restaumatic lets you export a CSV file (customers, past reservations), but the email addresses are often hidden (because of GDPR). I load the data into Lokal360, and new customers come with full access from the start.
Will my own system handle my tables?
Yes. As standard: a list of tables, splitting into rooms, the number of seats (2/4/6/8 people), a block during busy hours. More advanced options (assigning to a waiter, a kitchen view) are in the Standard package.
Are SMS reminders to guests expensive?
