01 / 05 Which office spaces are worth showing?
Usually: reception and entrance (first impression), open space or work zones, meeting rooms, kitchen area and the terrace if there is one. In a coworking add quiet zones, phone booths and conference rooms. We pick the panoramas so they show the atmosphere and the standard of the place.
02 / 05 Do employees have to disappear from the shot?
We shoot the open space best when empty, or we remove people from the panoramas in post-production using AI-assisted tools, so no recognisable faces appear in the final tour. The office can keep working during the session, and we clean the shots in post-production.
03 / 05 When is the best time to shoot so we do not disturb work?
We schedule the session outside peak hours: early in the morning, after working hours, or on a day with fewer people in (e.g. on a hybrid setup). The session lasts 30-90 minutes depending on the package, I set up and pack the gear myself.
04 / 05 Who do you make office tours for?
Company offices (recruitment, B2B credibility), coworking spaces (selling desks and rooms), office buildings and spaces for lease (shorter leasing process), corporate campuses and headquarters. Anywhere someone decides on a space before they visit it.
