360° tour, Restaurant Your interior sells before the guest leaves home

360° tour for restaurants,
that sells the interior.

Your tables are full on weekends, but mid-week they stand empty, because a guest looking for dinner on Google only sees a facade and a logo, so they pick the place next door. A 360° virtual tour shows your interior and atmosphere before the visit, builds trust and lifts you in Google local results. Masala Wroclaw: 25,000 views in 2 months, cost around 6 groszy per view.

Four restaurant problems,
that a 360° tour solves.

A guest chooses a restaurant on Google before leaving home. They check the photos, judge the atmosphere, decide. Four situations where missing a tour costs you bookings.

Step inside the restaurant,
YOI Ramen on Powiśle.

An independent ramen bar in the Elektrownia Powiśle complex, ★4.6 from 263 Google reviews. A fresh Express 24h tour. Click play, look around, see the main room, the bar and the lounge. This is exactly how guests view the restaurant in Google Maps before they decide to come.

Two ways to do a 360° tour,
a fast scan or premium.

I can cover the same venue with a fast scan (Express Tour 24h, ready the next day) or a full DSLR session (Premium Tour, top quality for a restaurant with character). Pick the variant that fits your budget and the mood of your interior, full sizes and panorama counts are on the dedicated pages.

Questions about a tour for restaurants,
that we hear most often.

01 / 05 What does a session at a restaurant look like and how long does it take?

The session takes 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the number of panoramas and the size of the venue. I come at the hours that suit you: before opening, after closing or during a quiet moment of the day. The restaurant can stay open, guests can sit at the tables.

02 / 05 How much time do you need on site?

Mini package (up to 3 panoramas), 30 minutes. Standard (up to 8 panoramas), 45 to 60 minutes. Premium (up to 15 panoramas), 90 minutes. I set up and pack the gear myself, the venue does not have to stop work.

03 / 05 Do guests and staff have to leave the frame?

They do not. To retouch people from 360° photos we use AI-assisted tools, which lets us remove people from the panoramas quickly and cleanly. The restaurant runs normally and we clean the frames in post-production. We did exactly that at MOXO Warsaw (a session in a working bar).

04 / 05 What about GDPR for guests at the tables?

People in the frame are removed from the panoramas in post-production, so the final tour has no recognizable faces. Nobody has to sign a consent form. If you specifically want to show guests in the venue (a crowded mood) then consent is needed, but few owners want that.

05 / 05 Does the tour go directly to my Google profile?

Yes. I publish the tour to your Google Business Profile via Street View Studio (linked to your Business Profile). The tour appears on the profile within 24 to 48h of the session, without you handling the technical part. You also get a direct embed link for your website.

360° virtual tours for restaurants in the main cities of Poland

A 360° tour for restaurants is today one of the simplest marketing tools in local hospitality. A guest looking for a place for dinner, a company lunch or a birthday has no time to visit 5 venues before choosing. A tour lets them explore the interior in 60 seconds, judge the mood, the layout of the rooms and the booking options.

Real restaurant case studies

  • Masala Wroclaw (Indian cuisine): 25,000 tour views in 2 months, 6 groszy per view. Full case study with the numbers
  • YOI Ramen Warsaw (ramen bar in Elektrownia Powiśle): 4.6 stars from 263 Google reviews, tour used on the profile, the website and in email campaigns
  • Volver Krakow (a tapas bar in Kazimierz): a Mini tour of 5 panoramas of the atmospheric interior, 10,000 views in 2 months
  • Bar Mr Black Krakow (a cocktail bar): a tour with an editorial mood and HDR post-production that highlights the character of the venue

Packages for restaurants in specific cities

Lokal360 serves restaurants all over Poland. For the main cities I have dedicated landing pages with local projects and context:

360° tour + agency package for restaurants

Most restaurants order the tour as part of a bundle with extra services. The most common combinations: business website with the tour embedded in the hero, your own reservation system (no Restaumatic commission), full Google Business Profile care (posts, reviews, Q&A), classic interior photography alongside the tour. The full restaurant package is agency care with a 15% discount on a combined order.

Premium Tour or Express Tour 24h for a restaurant?

From May 2026 we offer 360° tours for restaurants in two variants. All the flagship projects in the portfolio (Masala, YOI Ramen, MOXO, Volver) are Premium Tour, that is a session with a full-frame DSLR, 50+ HDR shots per panorama, manual retouch, 5 to 7 days delivery. The new option Express Tour 24h is a fast tour with a LiDAR scanner, ready on Google Maps 24 hours after the shoot, from 499 PLN net.

When Premium, when Express for a restaurant

  • Premium, when you run a restaurant with an original interior and a mood that is part of the offer, mixed lighting that needs manual retouch, or you plan to use the tour in print and ads. 8 panoramas for 1,690 PLN.
  • Express 24h, when you have a typical venue with uniform lighting (LED), a simple interior, a budget below 1,000 PLN and an urgent need for a tour 24h after the session. 8 panoramas for 899 PLN, ready the next day.

Full comparison of both variants (resolution, retouch, delivery time, pricing) on the dedicated pages: Premium Tour 360° and Express Tour 24h.

  • YOI Ramen (Warsaw, Powiśle). A Google profile rated 4.6 out of 5.0 with 263 reviews. An Express 24h tour as a quick addition to the visual set, live on the profile 22 hours after the session ended, also embedded on ramenyoi.pl. See the case study.

Anti-patterns

The most common mistakes in restaurant tours that I avoid

  • A session during opening hours with guests in the frame. Stiff, surprised faces and a mess on the tables. The session always happens before opening or in a quiet window, and I retouch the staff out of the frames with AI-assisted tools.
  • The wrong time of day, when daylight fights the lamps. Bluish windows and an orange interior in one frame, and the whole thing ends up looking cheap. I set up the session so the outside light matches the room lighting, or I shoot HDR with a mixed white balance.
  • A panorama from chair level, with no sense of scale. Table legs shown chaotically instead of the lines of the interior. I set the tripod at 155 to 165 cm, the eye level of a standing guest, so the room reads exactly as it does in reality.
  • A skipped bar and garden. The tour shows only the room, even though the bar and garden are often a buying argument in summer. I always ask for the full map of the venue, including atmospheric restrooms and the view onto the street, and match the package to the real layout.

After delivery

What happens after the tour, step by step

Step 1 (integration with the Google Business Profile): I publish the connected tour in Google Maps via Street View Studio, straight onto your profile, within 24 to 48h of the session, at no extra cost and without you handling the technical part.

Step 2 (embed on the restaurant website): you get a ready iframe code and a direct link, you can embed the tour in the hero of the site, in the "about us" tab or in a newsletter to your base of regulars. In the Standard and Premium packages the website embed is included in the price.

Step 3 (view monitoring): every month I check GBP Insights and the tour views. Masala had 25,000 views after 60 days, an average good venue in a city center is 2 to 5 thousand views a month, which you never spend a zloty on paid Google ads for.

Step 4 (when to refresh): a tour is worth renewing after a renovation, a change of decor, a move, or when you change the menu concept (from bistro to fine dining). In practice, for a restaurant with character the cycle is 2 to 3 years.
