Restaurant website
and 5 services, one provider.

A guest looks up where to eat on their phone. They check photos, reviews, the mood and the hours in Google Maps, and they book a table with whoever looks confident and does not make them call. A restaurant website from Lokal360 sorts that out for you: menu and directions map, a 360 tour for restaurants of the interior, a Google Business Profile in the Top 3, commission-free reservations, a QR menu and a 24/7 AI chatbot. Six services in one place, one person runs the project, no agency, no Restaumatic, no commission on reservations. Masala case: 25,000 views in 2 months.

In brief

A complete online presence for a restaurant means a website with a menu and directions map, a 360° interior tour published on Google Maps, a Google Business Profile and commission-free table reservations, all run by one provider instead of an agency and Restaumatic. A typical starter set (Business Card site + 360° tour + Google Business Profile setup) is a one-time 2 679 PLN net, and the full Komplet starts from 8 950 PLN net. You pay once, with no commission on reservations.

  • Business Card site from 1 299 PLN net (menu, map, gallery), a 360° tour from 499 PLN net.
  • Table reservations in your own system: 0% platform commission, the guest database stays with you (instead of Restaumatic or OpenTable).
  • For restaurants, cafes, bars and food trucks that want the guest to see the interior and book before they walk in.

Every Lokal360 service,
and the one worth starting with in hospitality.

A restaurant doesn't buy a website. It buys reservations, views in Maps, the mood before dinner, fewer calls after hours. Each of the six Lokal360 services brings a specific value to a restaurant, pick the one that solves your biggest problem first.

Website

Website with menu and directions map

A Business Card or Company site with a dish gallery, PDF menu, Google map and reservation form. Very fast loading on a phone.

System Standard,
table reservations on your terms.

Restaumatic and MojStolik charge a monthly subscription plus a 5-8% commission on every online reservation, and they show „similar venues nearby” right under your menu. Your own System Standard is the same table booking, only without a platform commission and without the competition pushed next to your offer.

System Standard · one-time setup 5 999 zł

Table reservations with no platform commission

Your branding, your table calendar, zero „similar venues” under the offer. One system instead of a subscription plus a portal commission.

  • Table reservations with a room calendar and confirmations
  • Online payments and banquet deposits through the client account (Przelewy24 or Stripe), we only integrate the gateway
  • iCal synchronisation with calendars, no double bookings

Stop handing over commission

Restaumatic 150 PLN/mo plus a 5-8% commission, MojStolik similar. At 30+ online reservations a month your own system pays off in around 18 months, and after that the portal commission stays with you.

Payments go through the client account (Przelewy24 or Stripe), where you are the merchant. Lokal360 does not intermediate payments and takes no commission on reservations, it only integrates the gateway with the system.

Questions from restaurant owners,
that I hear every week.

Six concerns most common in the hospitality industry, from map rankings to comparisons with platforms like Booking, Pyszne or Restaumatic. Each with a specific answer.

„Does a 360° tour affect my ranking in Google Maps?”

Answer

Yes, but indirectly. Google does not treat the tour itself as a direct reason for a higher position, but a profile with a tour gets 2-3x more views. More people view it and click, and that lifts your position in local results. Masala Wroclaw case: 25,000 views in 2 months after the tour was published. Details: virtual tours.

„I have Booking.com / Pyszne, why do I need my own website?”

Answer

Booking and Pyszne take your customers and charge a 12-30% commission. The customer sees your restaurant next to 30 others and picks the cheaper or closer one. Your own website + Google Maps means reservations come straight to you, 0% commission, your relationship with the customer. Strategy: stay on Booking/Pyszne for reach, but collect reservations through your own website. Reservation system →

„How much does a QR menu on the tables cost?”

Answer

QR Menu is 390 PLN one-time (a menu page + 10 QR stickers + graphic design). You change the menu in the panel, and the code always leads to the current version, with no need to replace the stickers. The full QR set (menu + reviews + social media) is 790 PLN. Details: QR Lokal.

„Do I need my own website if I have a profile on Pyszne and Glovo?”

Answer

Yes, for three reasons. (1) Pyszne/Glovo take a 25-30% commission on every order. (2) A customer searching for you on Google lands first on your website, not on a profile in a food app. (3) Pyszne does not let you show your Google reviews, the tour, or a seasonal menu. The website is your home base, the food apps are just an extra sales channel.

„I have 30 tables, am I too small for my own reservation system?”

Answer

The break-even point is ~30 online reservations a month. Below that, stay with Restaumatic or a contact form. Above it, your own system pays off in 18 months (5 999 PLN setup + 149 PLN/mo care vs 150 PLN/mo Restaumatic + 5-8% commission). If you have doubts, start with the website + tour + Google Business Profile package, and add the system in year 2.

„Restaumatic works for me, why should I switch?”

Answer

Restaumatic works, but (1) it shows the competition next to your menu (the "Similar venues nearby" section), (2) it takes a 5-8% commission on online reservations, (3) your brand disappears under their logo. Your own system does not push the competition, has 0% commission and shows your logo. Do not switch on principle, switch when the numbers add up (30+ online reservations/mo). Full comparison: Lokal360 vs Restaumatic.

BLIK and cards on your site,
without platform commission.

You can accept deposits and full payments straight on your site. The operator account is yours, money goes directly to you, I only do the integration. I am not a party to the transaction and I do not hold your funds.

1

You open an operator account

Przelewy24 or Stripe, in your company name. Zero subscription, you pay only a percentage per transaction.

2

I plug it into the site

BLIK, cards and instant transfers at checkout on your site. The guest pays in seconds, without a detour to an external service with commission.

3

Money lands with you

Straight from the operator to your bank account. No middleman, no booking platform commission.

Przelewy24default for PL

  • BLIK (most popular in Poland), cards, 200+ banks
  • PLN 0 activation, no subscription
  • Operator commission approx. 1.2-1.5% per transaction
  • Cheapest entry for a small business

Stripecards and abroad

  • Cards, BLIK, Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • PLN 0 activation, ready-made hosted checkout
  • Good for higher amounts and guests from abroad
  • Fixed fee on every transaction, less profitable for small amounts

Why it's worth it: Booking takes 15-18% of every reservation, Booksy charges a monthly subscription. A payment gateway takes about 1.2-1.5% per transaction and nothing more. On a PLN 600 payment that is the difference between over PLN 100 going to the platform and about PLN 8 in operator fees. The rest stays with you.

You are the seller, so the terms, returns and GDPR are on your side. I help complete them during implementation.

Real hospitality projects

Examples from the portfolio: restaurants, cafes, bars

Lokal360 has 150+ completed 360° tours in the portfolio. Four real projects from the hospitality industry, with view counts and turnaround times you can check in Google Maps.

Masala, Wroclaw (Indian cuisine). The 360° tour gathered 25,000 Google profile views in the first 2 months, a cost of around 6 groszy per view, without a single grosz spent on ads. See the full case study.

Proces Kawki, Warsaw Praga-Północ (specialty coffee). The express package: a 3D scanner, up to 20 panoramas, a 30-minute session without closing the venue, published on the Google profile the next day. Price 999 PLN net, embed code additionally added to proceskawki.pl. See the full case study.

YOI Ramen, Warsaw Powiśle (ramen bar). An original ramen bar in Elektrownia Powiśle, a Google profile rated 4.6 out of 5.0 with 263 reviews. An Express 24h tour as a quick addition to the visual set, live on the profile within 22 hours of the session ending. See the full case study.

Volver, Krakow Kazimierz (tapas bar). A Mini tour of 5 panoramas of an atmospheric Spanish restaurant in Kazimierz, one of the most recognizable tapas bars in Krakow. 10,000 views in the first 2 months, the tour reaches searches by tourists planning a visit from another country.

What I avoid

The most common restaurant mistakes I avoid

  1. No online menu, just a PDF from 2021. A guest opens it on their phone, the PDF won't open or is unreadable, the guest closes the page and goes next door. Lokal360: a fast restaurant website with an online menu, dish photos, allergens, prices and categories, mobile-first, loading in under a second.
  2. Only Restaumatic or Pyszne, with no own ordering channel. A 12-25% commission on every order plus the risk that the platform raises rates or changes the algorithm. Lokal360: a direct ordering module on the site (Stripe or Przelewy24 to the client's account), platforms as a supplement, not a monopoly. Calculate the difference in the commission calculator.
  3. No interior tour on the Google Business Profile. A guest picks a restaurant by its atmosphere. Without a tour they only see 4 photos of plates. A competitor with a 360 tour for restaurants looks more professional and builds more trust. Lokal360: a Premium tour with HDR showing the main room, the garden, the open kitchen.
  4. A Google Business Profile with no updated hours. Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and public holidays are the days a guest checks the hours on Google. Un-updated hours mean bad reviews "I went, it was closed". Lokal360: 6 months of active profile care with holiday hours updates.
  5. No content for tourists (EN, RU, UK). Krakow, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Gdansk are cities where 30-40% of restaurant guests are foreigners. A Polish-only site hands the tourist segment to the competition. Lokal360: an EN locale for a hospitality client's site in the package price, optionally RU or UK.

After delivery

What happens after delivery, step by step

Week 1: Google starts indexing the restaurant site. I check Google Search Console, approve the sitemap, publish the 360° tour on your profile. First appearances in search for branded queries (restaurant name plus city, district).

Month 1: Google shows the site for branded queries. The 360° tour appears on the Google Maps profile. The first 50-100 profile views a day. The first direct orders through the module on the site.

Month 3: Google has ranking signals. An appearance in the top 3 on Google Maps for "restaurant plus district", "cuisine X plus city" queries. 200-500 profile views a day. Weekend reservations grow by around 25-35%.

Month 6: Stable top 10 positions for niche queries ("Indian cuisine Wroclaw", "breakfast bistro Kazimierz"). The 360° tour generates 30-40% more clicks to the profile. The average platform commission drops (some guests order direct).

What happens next? The Care package (149 PLN per month) keeps the site fast and secure. Menu and dish photo updates with every change of the card (usually 2-3 times a year). New subpages for seasonal menus or events (Valentine's, company Christmas dinner) as the business grows.
