Why a regional pack is cheaper

A full pack (website, 360 tour, Google Business Profile) for a single guesthouse in the Pieniny is always the same problem for me: the long trip from Warsaw eats into the cost, and you pay for it in the price. A standard trip is 250 PLN one-off (~370 km, hotel + fuel). Plus a shooting day with the full DSLR/HDR setup per property. In total the full operational cost per guesthouse comes out to ~700 PLN outside the delivery itself.

In a batch of 3-5 properties: one trip, one hotel, one setup. The operational cost per guesthouse drops to ~150 PLN. We share that saving with you: 20% less than the full Komplet price.

What exactly each guesthouse gets in the pack

Every property in the batch gets the full Komplet Standard (the same as individually):

• Company website (5 pages, blog, JSON-LD, PageSpeed 99+, mobile-first)
• Premium DSLR + HDR tour, 8 panels (lobby + dining room + 2 bedrooms + bathroom + terrace/sauna)
• Google Business Profile setup (categories, hours, photos, description)
• Growth visibility 6 months (GBP posts + local SEO)
• Standard care 6 months (30 min/mo, updates, backups)

Each property has its own domain (e.g. tatra-cottages.pl), its own Google Business Profile and its own direct booking. This is not a shared platform, every guesthouse is independent. Only the photo session and technical administration are shared.

A real case: Tatra Cottages region

Tatra Cottages (Tatra-Pieniny region) is a long-standing client. The website with a booking form and a phone number alone started pulling in direct bookings manually (the owner confirmed them himself) before any automation arrived. After we deployed the full Komplet (website + tour + Google Business Profile, online bookings later) some guests moved to the direct channel: on every such night there is no portal commission, and with the traffic split roughly 70% direct / 30% Booking the average commission on turnover drops from ~18% to about 9%. The 360 tour on the Business Profile increased website views from Maps by 35-40% (median Insights over 6 months).

How to arrange a batch in 5 steps

1. Leave your number below. I will call within 24h.
2. We will talk about your property, what you need, when you plan to open the season.
3. Together we find 2-4 other owners in the area (Szczawnica, Krościenko, Sromowce). You can recommend your contacts, we help with the pitch (PDF brief, phone call, referral option).
4. Batch date: 2-3 field days in June 2026, sequential sessions. Each property 4-5 hours of work.
5. Everything ready within 7-10 days of the end of the batch: websites live, tours on Maps, Google Business Profiles optimised.

Pieniny pack FAQ

Do I need an online booking system right away?

No. The website with a booking form and a phone number alone (from the Showcase website, 1 299 PLN) already lets you take direct bookings manually: the guest leaves their dates, you confirm them yourself, and on that particular booking you pay no portal commission. Realistically some guests will still come from Booking, so the average commission on turnover drops rather than disappears (for example from ~18% to about 9% with a 30% Booking / 70% direct split). An automatic system with payments (Przelewy24 / Stripe) and calendar sync (iCal) is a step for later, once direct traffic grows, not a condition to start. In the Pieniny pack we start from the Company website (2 499 PLN) in the Komplet, and we add booking automation when it genuinely pays off.

What if I do not know other owners?

We will help. We have materials (a Pieniny pack PDF brief) you can pass on to your neighbours. If someone is interested, we call them directly. Also: local tourism associations (the Pieniny Agritourism Association, the Local Tourism Organisation) are often a good starting point.

Does every property have to choose the same Komplet variant?

No. Some take Mini (3 790 PLN), some Standard (8 950 PLN), and the top premium guesthouses go Premium (16 900 PLN). The 20% discount is calculated against the price of the variant each one picked. You pay together as a batch, but each one has their own individual invoice.

What if the batch ends up at 2 properties (the 3rd dropped out at the last minute)?

We reduce the discount. 2 properties = 10% off (instead of 20%). If only 1 remains, that is not a batch anymore and we deliver at the individual price (full Komplet). We finalise the price only when we know how many properties are in.

Can I invite a property from another nearby region (e.g. Limanowa)?

Yes, if it fits within ~30 km of the centre of the Pieniny (Szczawnica). For properties farther away (Nowy Sącz, Tarnów) we need a separate batch. In that case I recommend helping us organise a local batch in your own region.
