FAQ
Questions about a tour for a wedding venue
that I hear most often.
01 / 05 What does a session at a wedding venue look like and how long does it take?
A session takes 60-120 minutes, depending on the number of panoramas and the size of the venue. Best on a day without a wedding or in the hours before the hall is decorated. I set up and pack down my photo gear on my own, the venue does not need to be closed.
02 / 05 How much time do you need on site?
Standard package (up to 8 panoramas), 60 minutes. Premium (up to 15 panoramas, complex with rooms), 90-120 minutes. At wedding venues there is extra time to set the hall (chairs, tables in the standard show position).
03 / 05 Does the hall have to be set up as if for a wedding?
I recommend two options: an empty hall (the client sees the scale and arrangement potential) or a hall in a typical wedding setup (chairs, tablecloths, decorations). The choice depends on strategy, empty sells versatility, set sells experience. Sometimes I do two sessions.
04 / 05 What about GDPR for people on the premises?
People in the frame are removed from the panoramas in post-production with AI tools, so there are no recognisable faces in the final tour. Nobody needs to sign a consent. Halls and rooms are shot empty, so the question does not come up.
05 / 05 Does the tour go straight to my Google listing?
Yes. I publish the tour on your Google Business Profile under my Google Trusted Photographer permissions. The tour appears on the listing within 24-48h of the session. You also get a link to embed on your website and to send in emails to couples.
Premium Tour or Express Tour 24h for wedding venues?
Since May 2026 we offer 360° tours for wedding venues in two variants. All flagship projects in the portfolio (Masala, YOI Ramen, MOXO, Volver) are Premium Tour, a session with a full-frame DSLR, 50+ HDR shots per panorama, manual retouching, 5-7 days delivery. The new option Express Tour 24h is a fast LiDAR-scanner tour, ready on Google Maps within 24 hours of the session, from 499 PLN net.
When Premium, when Express for wedding venues
- Premium, when your venue has signature decor and atmosphere as part of the offer, mixed lighting that needs manual retouching or plans to use the tour in print and ads. 8 panoramas for 1,690 PLN.
- Express 24h, when you have a typical venue with uniform lighting (LED), simple decor, a budget below 1,000 PLN and an urgent need for a tour 24h after the session. 8 panoramas for 899 PLN, ready the next day.
