Lokal360 is looking for sales partners for volume cold calls (4-5 hrs/week, flexible hours), lead qualification and passing to Igor after the first call. 30% commission on the first sale and all later upsells with the same client. Paid out the moment the client pays the 50% deposit. Starting bonuses: +500 PLN for the first close, +1,000 PLN for the first big deal (10,000+ PLN).
- Partner's role: volume cold caller (phone), qualification, pass-call to Igor.
- Igor's role: closing, project delivery, long-term relationship with the client.
- Realistic earnings 4-5h/week: 0-1 deal in month 1 (learning), 1 in month 2, 2-3 from month 3.
- Promotion to 33% commission after 8 closed deals or 6 months of collaboration.

Sales partner FAQ
Do you require prior sales experience?
A minimum of 6 months of experience in cold calls or outreach (phone, e-mail, LinkedIn). We don't require a specific industry, but if you've already worked in SaaS / local marketing / hospitality, it will be easier for you to understand our product.
What is Lokal360's target customer?
Micro and SMB businesses in 3 industries: lodging (guesthouses, boutique hotels, holiday cottages), food service (restaurants, cafés, bars), beauty (cosmetic salons, hair salons, podiatry). Additionally: dental / medical clinics, law firms, offices, shops. Specific target lists are in the full PDF brief.
Where do I get lead lists from?
Two sources: 1) Google My Maps (street by street, block by block, territory covered systematically), 2) per-prospect research (Google + GBP + Booking + tech detection). Workflow in the PDF.
Can I cold call companies from another city?
Yes. Lokal360 delivers across all of Poland (from Warsaw we serve with travel or within regional batches). A partner can have any territory, but we recommend focusing on 1-2 cities + outskirts for workflow efficiency.
When do I receive my commission payout?
The moment the client pays the 50% deposit (not after the full payment). This strengthens the partner's cashflow vs typical "after full delivery" models (1-3 months delay). Payout by transfer to the partner's business account (B2B contract) or personal account (contract of mandate), to be agreed.
What if the client doesn't buy from me but comes back in a year?
The lead is "yours" for 12 months. If the client returns within that time and buys, you get the commission. After 12 months the lead "resolves" and any subsequent pass to the same company can come from any partner.
Can I be a partner part-time?
Yes, the commission-based model means there's no minimum working time. Realistically 4-5 h/week is enough for 2-3 closes per month after month 3. Full time (20-30h/week) gives the potential for 6-10 closes/month (we share the pipeline with Igor).
Are there exclusive territories?
By default, no. Each partner can work in any city / district. But if partner A is already actively working a given block for 2 weeks (and it shows in Google My Maps), partner B doesn't go in there, to avoid a "double cold call" to the same lead (bad reputation for Lokal360 in the area).
Do I have to be from Warsaw?
No. Cold calls can be made from any location. Delivery (tours, websites, systems) happens centrally from Warsaw + regional batches. A partner from Kraków / Wrocław / Gdańsk may have an advantage in local territory (knows the city, knows the industry clients).
