How much you\'ll actually earn

10% is calculated from the client\'s first sale (net, ex VAT). Rates are based on our pricing:

Realistically, the typical client takes Komplet Standard or Tour + Website = average referral worth around 600-800 PLN. The best referrals (full premium stack with a booking system) return 1,500-2,000 PLN.

How a referral works step by step

1. Tell a friend about us. It could be a restaurateur, hotelier, salon owner, dentist, lawyer, any local business that needs a website, 360 tour, GBP or a booking system.
2. Your friend leaves their number in our form or calls. In the "how did you hear about us" field, they enter your first and last name (e.g. "Jan Kowalski referred me") or mentions it during the call.
3. We verify within 24h: we call you and confirm this is your referral. Without this step there\'s no commission.
4. We close the sale. The client accepts the quote, pays the deposit.
5. We pay out the commission by transfer within 24h of the client\'s deposit. B2B invoice if you run a company, contract of mandate if you\'re a private individual.

A referral is for anyone who knows micro / SMB in PL. A sales partner is for people with cold call / outreach experience who want to earn systematically.

FAQ

Can I refer more than one company?

Yes, no limit. Each referral = a separate commission. If you refer 5 hotels in the season and we close 3, that\'s 3 × 699 PLN = 2,100 PLN in your account.

What if the client buys in six months, not right away?

The lead is "yours" for 12 months from first contact. If the client returns in that time and buys, you get the commission. After 12 months the lead "resolves".

What if the referred client buys a small product (e.g. just Express Tour)?

10% of the net price ex VAT. Our smallest product is the Express tour 3 panels for 499 PLN. Your commission: 50 PLN. This only pays off if you refer many small ones. Most clients take a Komplet (4,990-9,990 PLN), so on average the commission is 500-1,000 PLN.

Can I refer myself / my own company?

No. A referral must come from a third party. If you\'re buying for yourself, you get a 5% discount as an "early adopter" (instead of the referral commission).

Do I need a VAT invoice or a business?

Not mandatory. If you run a business, you issue a B2B invoice (most convenient). If not, we do a contract of mandate with ZUS deducted, you get the net amount in your account.

What if the client returns the order (warranty)?

If the client uses our 30-day lead warranty and gets a 50% refund, your commission is also reduced proportionally (50%). Rare in practice (a typical Komplet generates 10-30 leads/month, the warranty threshold is 5).

Can I refer a client from another city?

Yes. We work across all of Poland. A venue in Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, the Pieniny, the Tatras, the Masurian Lakes, no difference.
