A typical migration: the biggest job is the before/after photos, because Booksy does not export them in bulk (you have to pull them off each card). The end state: 4 specialists in one panel, each sees only their own clients, plus a reception role. 520 PLN/mo stays in the till.
- 4 permission levels in the panel: owner (full access), 3× specialist (only their own clients + photos), reception (calendar, no photos).
- Custom "skin type" field: you filter clients for a campaign (e.g. retinol therapy) and send an SMS only to the selected group.

„My clients found me through Booksy.com, what if I leave and they stop coming?”
Answer
If Booksy is the only source of clients, the risk is real (5-15% of clients). But in practice 80% of salons get most of their clients from referrals / Google / Instagram, and Booksy only adds a thin layer. Hybrid migration: you keep Booksy for 6-12 months in parallel, you measure how many clients come from Booksy vs your own database, and only then you decide.
„I have 3 years of history in Booksy, it will not fit into a new system.”
Answer
I import the client database from a Booksy CSV file at no extra cost (names, phone numbers, email, last visit). Before/after photos unfortunately Booksy does not export in bulk, that has to be done by hand. I provide a tool to upload many photos at once (you drag a folder, the system recognises the client from the file name). A one-person salon is 4-8 hours of work. A studio is 1-2 days.
„Clients will not learn a new booking system, they will drop off.”
Answer
For the client the experience is the same: she opens a link, picks a date and time, enters her number, gets an SMS. Even simpler, because there is no Booksy login.

A server in Poland has 99.9%+ uptime guarantees (comparable with Booksy). Daily database backups. Plus: Tech Care 399 PLN/mo covers monitoring and response within 8h. An outage can happen, but your database is backed up anyway, so at most 1-2h of downtime per year.
