Every interior photo session at Lokal360 combines classic DSLR technique with spherical photography using Matterport Axis. The material is stylistically consistent because it is made by the same studio (Igor + AI agents) in one continuous time block.

Methodology, step by step
- Venue audit, 15 minutes. We walk through the venue, the studio marks the shooting points (5-8 for full coverage), we plan the order (from the wide shot to detail).
- Flat photo session, 60-90 minutes. Each frame in 5-7 exposures (HDR), so that a window with daylight does not blow out and the interior is not too dark.
- 360 tour session, 30-45 minutes. The tripod is placed at 5-8 points, each point is one spherical panorama. We check quality on site in the Matterport app.
- Post-production, 24-48 hours. HDR from each exposure, detail retouching, color correction. The tour is published through the Google Trusted Photographer account.
- Delivery, an email with links: JPG for the website, RAW for print, link to the tour on Google Maps.

Yes, if you only need classic interior photos (for your website, social, press), the "Photos only" package covers 10-20 HDR photos from 750 PLN. But if you plan to publish on Google Maps or run Meta ads, we recommend the "Photos + 360" package for 1,500 PLN, because a second session costs 750 PLN + travel separately.
02 / 09 In what format do you deliver the interior photos?
High-resolution JPG (for the website, social media, mailings) plus RAW (for print, future retouching, as a backup). Additionally TIFF with embedded ICC profile for clients who print at a commercial print house. Everything delivered via WeTransfer or a Google Drive link.
03 / 09 Do you cover the whole country?
Yes, all regions. Travel across Poland is included in the package price, with no extra fees for distance. Main locations with dedicated pages: Warszawa, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, Łódź, Katowice, Lublin. Smaller towns are handled by Lokal360 on request after an initial call.
04 / 09 Do we meet before the session to discuss expectations?
Usually a 30-minute phone or video call is enough. We ask about the venue's style, colors, lighting, the key points you want to show. A short email with a floor plan helps but is not required. For premium projects (boutique hotels, fine dining) Igor can come for a 15-minute walkthrough before the actual session.
05 / 09 What about GDPR for people who appear in the frame?
As standard we remove staff and accidental customers during photo retouching using AI tools. In the finished photos there are no recognizable faces without consent. Lokal360 delivered MOXO Wola this way (a session in a working bar) and YOI Ramen (a session during the ramen bar's opening hours).
06 / 09 Can I pay in installments?
Yes, as standard 50% upfront on signing the contract, 50% after the photos are delivered. For bigger projects (the Komplet package 6,990 PLN + photos + 360 + website) the balance can be split into 3 installments after delivery. VAT invoice with a 14-day payment term.
07 / 09 Does Lokal360 have the Google Trusted Photographer certificate?
Yes. Igor Biały, the founder of Lokal360, is a certified Google Trusted Photographer with dozens of 360° tours delivered. The certificate is the required condition for publishing tours directly on the client's Google Business Profile, with no moderation queue.
08 / 09 How long do you keep the RAW files, can I ask for them later?
We keep a full backup of the RAW files for at least 2 years after delivery. If in a year you need an additional edit from an existing session (for example a new menu or a new manager to retouch), an email is enough. Lokal360 usually delivers in 1-2 days for a small fee (from 90 PLN / frame).
09 / 09 Can I order the flagship package session (photos + 360 + website) with no down payment?
The flagship package 6,990 PLN net is paid as standard 50/50 (deposit + after delivery). For newly opening restaurants there is an option to split the balance into 3 installments after delivery. There is no down payment in the ready-made packages. Hourly pricing is possible for non-standard projects (product sessions, educational projects), agreed individually.

From May 2026 Lokal360 offers 360° tours in two variants. All current flagship projects in the portfolio (Masala, YOI Ramen, MOXO, Volver) are Premium Tour, that is a session with a full-frame DSLR, 50+ HDR shots per panorama, manual retouching, 5-7 days delivery, from 890 PLN net. The new Express Tour 24h option is a fast tour with a professional 3D scanner (LiDAR), ready on Google Maps within 24 hours of the session, from 499 PLN net.
